entics安沃驰822245027从损坏软管的形状看损坏原因：软管呈现出完全压扁，失去回弹能力，软管壁厚变薄，表面磨损严重。这种现象通常是因为转轮卡死、蠕动泵压块接触泵管的面和转轮上有杂质、转速过高造成造成的。蠕动泵头的转轮被卡死以后，蠕动泵的转轮直接刮过蠕动泵软管，就会增加软管表面的摩擦造成软管表面温度升得高和磨损软管表面，过高的温度也会使软管失去弹性，极端情况下产生的温度超过14度以上甚至会造成软管溶化变形。解决方法：注意检查蠕动泵头转轮的运转是否灵活;注意清洗泵头压管表面;适当降低蠕动泵运转的速度。
