wika威卡S-10 0-400BAR NO.7639496产品特点:干燥机处理能力大，燃料消耗少，干燥成本低。干燥机具有耐高温的特点，能够使用高温热风对物料进行快速干燥。可扩展能力强，设计考虑了生产余量，即使产量小幅度增加，也无需换设备。设备采用调心式拖轮结构，拖轮与滚圈的配合好，大大降低了磨损及动力消耗。专门设计的挡轮结构，大大降低了由于设备倾斜工作所带来的水平推力。抗过载能力强，筒体运行平稳，可靠性高。适用范围:1.化工、矿工、冶金等行业，如矿石、矿渣、煤、金属粉末、粘土、硅藻土、高岭土。3接电源线时，应确保转鼓旋转方向与指示方向一致。查液压站油箱中油量是否达到油标标示的正常的位置，若不够则需加足。动液压站油泵电机，调节溢流阀，使压力在1～1.2Mpa，栓查油路系统是否正常，查看有无漏油情况产生。然后调节回转、升降液压油缸的单向节流阀来控制刮刀回转、升降的速度。注意：通常速度的快慢视物料的特性而定。一般较硬、较难脱水的物料，刮刀升降。回转的速度应控制的慢些，以免电机发热烧毁；反之，刮刀升降；回转的速度快些也无妨。
