Vickers威格士VP30FAKrystal真空结晶器的介绍Krystal型真空结晶器与其它形式的结晶器的区别在于不设置换热器,主要依靠真空降温(绝热蒸发)来完成结晶及晶体生长。溶液通过循环泵输送到蒸发室进行闪蒸,在真空度下与溶液达到液相平衡从而得到降温制冷的效应。下部的结晶生长器主要是使过饱和溶液经降液管直深入生长器的底部,再徐徐穿过流态化的晶床层,从而消失过饱和现象,晶体也就逐渐长大。按照粒度的大小自动地从下至上分级排列。
