Vickers威格士EEAPAM533E32不得与其它设备同起，要交错起动，以免跳闸。溢流型球磨机正常运转后，要严格按给水、给矿、添加钢球的规定，禁止超负荷运转，空转时间不超过15分钟，以免打坏衬板。运行中要注意检查溢流磨筒体是否漏浆，认真观察电流、电压、给料、给水是否正常，每半小时检查一次电机及主轴温度不大于6С，发现问题及时处理。运转中要注意观察溢流型球磨机中空轴、油环是否转动带油，中空轴温度是否正常，如发现中空轴发热，接近烧瓦时，应立即采取强制冷却措施，不得马上停车，以免造成抱轴。
