entics安沃驰822234126充水水泵在启动以前，泵壳和吸水管内先充满水，这是因为有空气存在的情况下，泵吸人口真空无法形成和保持。暖泵输送高温液体的泵，如电厂的锅炉给水泵，在启动前先暖泵。这是因为给水泵在启动时，高温给水流过泵内，使泵体温度从常温快升高到1～2℃，这会引起泵内外和各部件之间的温差，若没有足够长的传热时间和适当控制温升的措施，会使泵各处膨胀不均，造成泵体各部分变形、磨损、振动和轴承抱轴事故。
