entics安沃驰822344001一般要求在2度时饱和蒸汽压不大于5.3*1-a;在5度时泵油的粘度应在（47~57）*1-6m2/s范围内，即可以满足要求。由于油的粘度随温度升高而下降，油的密封能变差，饱和蒸气压增大，使真空度降低。规定真空泵油工作温度不得超过7度。真空泵油的饱积蒸气压要低，易挥发的轻馏分要少。因为泵的极限真空主要取诀于轻馏分的蒸气压。大路通VM1真空泵油在2度时的饱和蒸气压为6.5*1-5Pa，适用于各类机械真空泵。
