Q45VR3F起吊电机，当电机与水泵脱开有距离时，收紧拉绳将电机慢慢下放，（在下放过程中预防电机重心偏移，损坏设备和使人受伤）；待电机平放在木板上后再用拉码拉出联轴器、拆出电机风罩，取出风叶。用摇表检查电机绕组绝缘，并作好记录；然后做好拆卸标记，拧出电机前后端盖板螺丝、并将该端盖板取出。检查轴承磨损程度，如需更换轴承，用拉码拉出轴承（在取出轴承前将转子抽出，抽出转子时不要碰伤定子绕组，必要时做的保护措施）。
